How to Create Circles in Google+

Google+ is  social networking Site for connecting with family, friends,and the world. Its easy way to create groups of friends via circles. Once you have a circle of friends, you can easily hang out, chat share Updates and more..

1. Click on your name or your avatar. In the box that expands, click "View Profile."

2. You might have to click "More" at the bottom to see your circles.

3. This will open your Circles page. Drag a friend into the "Drop here to create a new circle" space.

4. Drag other friends in your group to the same circle. When you're finished, click "Create Circle."

5. Type in a name for your circle and click "Create circle with # people."

6.  Your circle now pops up as an actual circle in your profile. Feel free to drag more friends into the circle to expand it. 

Understanding How Circles Work

1. When updating you can select how limited or broad you want to share. In increasing levels of publicity, the options include:

• A single individual - Type the person's name or email address and you will send them the equivalent of a private message.
• A specific circle - Update viewable to anyone in that circle.
• A group of circles - Any number of your circles.
• Your circles - All of your circles. This is similar to posting to "your friends" on Facebook
• Extended Circles - Everyone in all your circles and everyone in all their circles. It's similar to how "friends of friends" works on Facebook.
• Public - Anyone on the web. Similar to how a Twitter post works.# Understand how Google+ Circles work:

2.  The names of your circles and who is in which circle is not shared. So you can create a circle called "People who I pretend to like" and never actually post to them or listen to their updates if you wish.

3. You can view the stream of any specific circle by clicking the name of that circle in your stream view.

How to Create a Google Plus personal profile

Signing up /Sign in:-

You To begin creating Google+ account, sign in with your Google Account.  If you don't have a Google Account, you directed to create one first.

Before you sign up (if you haven't already Google Account ). You want to link your Google+ personal profile to the Google Account you use the most in your personal life. That way you have one login for your Calendar, Docs, YouTube, Gmail, and Google+ profile.

If you have a Google Account for your business, for example, you might not want to use that if others have to access that Google Account as well. Or if you have a Google Account that will go away once you leave your job because it is linked to a corporate email address, you will not want to use that either.

Creating Your Profile :- 

The first step to creating your Google+ profile Account will be to add your profile photo. If you want to be recognized easily, you will want to use a consistent photo for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+.This way, people will be able to recognize you if they are connected to you elsewhere.

If you don't use Gmail already or have just created your Google Account, you will not have any suggestions and have to use the Google+ search to find people to connect with. If you continue without searching, Google+ will also suggest some celebrities, journalists, photographers, and other public figures for you to follow.

This way, along with that consistent profile photo mentioned earlier, people will be able to recognize you easily or at least know why they would want to connect with you. Click continues, and then when Google+ warns you that you might be lonely without making connections, click continue anyway.

Basic profile information :-

Once you are past Google+ recommendations, you can start adding more information to your profile. Google+ will ask you to your school, employer, where you live at this time , Home Town and more.

When you do this, you will be prompted to enter basic information that you might have previously skipped, plus your Tagline.

Your Tagline : -

Recommended Links Contributor with Other Profiles : - 

To the right of your Google+ profile information is a column for all of your links organized by Other profiles, Contributor to, and Recommended links.

you would include the following types of links per section: -------

• Links to your other social profiles like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 
• Contributor to - Links to your author page on websites you write for. This is typically how Google makes the authorship connection with your articles.
• Recommended links - Links to any website you choose. This can be for your business, Blog, hobby sites, or just sites you enjoy.

Just remember when you fill in each area of your profile that it could be the first impression that someone gets of you.

Status updates on Google+

Add some public updates to your profile that will show others why they should connect with you.

To send a status update on Google+, go to your Google+ home page. Then click in the Share what's new... box under the new stream column. This will expand the box so you can choose to add a photo, video, link, or location check-in update.

When you paste in a link, you will get the option to select different thumbnails and enter a comment that will go above your update.

You also have the option of tagging people in your status updates, whether you are following them, or To tag someone, simply enter @ and then start typing their name .

Connecting with others (Circle): - 

You have completed your Google+ personal profile; you are ready to start connecting with others and are in a better position for them to make that connection mutual. To connect with others on Google+, you will add them to Circles.

Circles keep your Google+ contacts organized in a way that you can view only updates from one circle at a time and you can share updates with one or more circles instead of publicly. When you are thinking about how to organize the people you connect with, think about the people whose updates you would like to see separate from others and who you would like to share particular types of updates with.

To see Google's suggestions of who you should connect with based on your Gmail or other Google contacts, click on the Circles icon at the top of your Google+ home page.

you will see suggested people and your circles. You start off with four basic circles Family, Acquaintances, Friends, and Following. You can edit these circles to change their names or delete them by clicking directly on them.

Once you have suggested connections and custom circles-

To add suggested connections to your circles, just drag them into the circles. Whenever you add someone to your circles, they will receive a notification with the option to add you to their circles. You will also receive similar notifications when people add you to their circles.

You can check the box next to the circle you want to add them to, or use the Create new circle link to create a new circle for them.

Note : - Remember that circles will allow you to send updates to specific groups of people and also allow you to see only status updates from specific groups of people.

Once you have started connecting with others, don't stop there. Be sure to interact with them by checking out their latest updates and giving them a +1 or better yet, a comment.

Note : - Keep in mind you can tag people in comments just like you do in status updates using the @ symbol immediately followed by their name.

More ways to find people to connect with include the following.

• Visit your favorite blogs and see if the authors have Google+ profiles.
• Check out theTop People on Google+ list that allows you to see who has the most followers.
• Visit other people's profiles to see who they are following and who is following them.

Method #1: Using generators

Below are some easy steps you have to go through in terms to submit your blogspot blog sitemap.

Sign in to Google Webmaster Tools.
Click on the blog title for which you want to add sitemap.
Click on Sitemaps button as shown below.

At the top right corner of the page, press Add/Test sitemap button.

At the top right corner of the page, press Add/Test sitemap button.

Once you click the button, a small box will appear as shown in the screenshot below.

Add the below code in the text field.

This is the sitemap code for your blogger blog which you need to add.


Press “Submit Sitemap” button.
Refresh the page.

Congratulation! You have finished the process of submitting your blog sitemap.



What’s the problem with default blogger sitemap?


Blogger already has their default sitemaps generated for each and every blog. blogger  don’t have sitemaps in default. You can check your default one by writing the url like this:

Note : - The default one only shows the most recent posts (25 posts to be exact)


How to create the full xml sitemap for blogger?


we just need to specify the proper url. And here is how it will look:

This one will only show max 500 posts (most recent) in your blog. But what if your blog is quite bigger and has more than that?

 if you have between 1000 posts, you just need these two sitemaps:

Sitemap: http://fastapproval.blogspot.in/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
Sitemap: http://fastapproval.blogspot.in/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=501&max-results=500

In fact, if you have about 2000 posts for example, you urls should be like this:

You can change the start-index value as per your need. Just make sure you are increasing it by 500. And leave max-results=500 same for all.

So just head over to blogger dashboard > settings > search preferences > custom robots.txt. Make it enabled and add the following lines including your generated sitemap links:

Allow: /

1. Sign in to Bing Webmaster Tools.

4. In the Add a sitemap field, enter http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml (replace "mystore.com" with the URL for your store).
5. Complete the rest of the required fields on the page.
6. Click Save.

Google

1. Sign in to Google Webmaster Tools.
2. Click Add a Site.
3. Enter the URL for your store (for example, http://www.mystore.com).
4. Click Continue.
5. Click Crawl on the left side of the page.
6. Click Sitemaps.
7. Click Add/Test Sitemap.
8. Enter sitemap.xml after "http://www.mystore.com/".
9. Click Submit Sitemap.
